Çarşıya yakınlığı ile konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde ama otopark konusunda çok sıkıntılı bir yerde, sadece bu otel için değil bölge otopark konusunda biraz sıkıntı. Otel yeni ve güzeldi, temizlik iyidi. Tercih edilebilir bir otel. Sabah kahvaltısı daha iyi olabilirdi ama şans verilebilir bir otel

Merkezi konumu ile güzel bir otel
Yeni bir otel olması nedeniyle temiz konforlu ve güzel bir konaklama geçirdik .biraz geç checkin yaptık ama hiç sorun yaşamadık. kahvaltı terasta serpme şeklinde geldi. Yeterliydi. Arzu hanım çok yardımseverdi .otopark yeri yok ama çok yakın bir yerde otopark var.sorun olmuyor . Herşey için Teşekkürler .

En iyi Güneydoğu Gezi Deneyimi
Kesinlikle Mü-kem-mel! Eşim ile çıktığımız Güney Doğu turunda en memnun ve mutlu olduğumuz yer Zabel oldu. Otelde her şeyden çok memnun kaldık ancak bir numaraya yazacağım şey kesinlikle manzarası olurdu. 24 saat bile vakit geçirebileceğimiz terasta gün batımını izlemek eşsiz bir deneyim oldu. Eski taş ev konseptinde temiz ve konforlu bir odada kaldık. Otelin yeri Eski Mardin'in tam merkezinde birçok gezilecek ve yemek yenecek yerin kalbinde yer alıyor. F/P olarak da bence muadillerine göre gayet iyi. Ayrıca Arzu Hanım başta olmak üzere çok misafirperver, çalışkan ve hoşsohbet bütün çalışanlara çok teşekkürler. Arzu Hanım genç yaşına rağmen çok tecrübeli ve inanılmaz yardımsever bir yönetici. Bütün gezilecek yerler ve alışveriş yapılacak yerler konusunda da bizi çok iyi bilgilendirdi. Otelde kalacaklara iki önemli tip vereyim. 1- Hayatımızda içtiğimiz en güzel Türk Kahvesi'ni burada içtik. Kesinlikle deneyin. Menengiç ve Dibek de güzel ama Türk Kahvesi efsane. 2- Otel Eski Mardin'de olduğu için otopark çok sorun. Ancak Sabancı Müzesi'nin etrafında ücretsiz yer bulmak genellikle mümkün. Otele de maksimum 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde.
