"The rooms have not been updated in 25 years! The ceiling tiles in the restroom had 1-2 inch gaps in some like there were cameras up there so I had to climb on the toilet and try to slide them back in place. The walls had ill repaired holes in the restroom like my 15 year old did the repair. The room smelled musty. We rented two rooms for our family overnight emergency stay and i can assure you the price was more than twice the price of the value of the property! The staff did the best with what they had to work with but this stay guarantees my family and my kids' families will never stay at a Best Western again! We have stayed at them over the years and have been pleased with quality to value but definitely not this time! Tear it down and rebuild!!!"

"My room was clean and comfortable. I only stayed one night for a last-minute trip and it was convenient to the hospital. The breakfast was pretty basic scrambled eggs and sausage but filling. No complaints. "
