The room has an unbearable smell of cigarette that makes me feel really bad at the point that I can not sleep, and I am feeling really bad. I talked to the receptionist right after the check in and he said that he can not do anything to help us, and the fault is of the prior guest that smoked and it’s not his problem

Reception personnel were helpful, and very efficient solving concerns.
Cleaning personnel was efficient.
Bathroom and flooring needed some work.

Warm welcome and very pleasant staff. I have stayed here several times in the last few years and it never ceases to please. Excellent value. Lovely too that you are offered a welcome drink - of your choice.

We were a bit dubious about staying at The Al Faro. Staff were lovey, happy and so helpful. The property is not 5 star and there were some elements pf ware and age. But we loved it! Everything was so close by. Restaurants and Bars and the Old Town is just 2 roads away. The pool area was quiet and the seating area outside suited us. No fighting for being served. Receptionist was 24hrs.. The kitchenette was small but having a fridge was what we needed most. Hairdryer, Iron and small ironing board. We did hear some strange noises one night, not sure if it was the lift or the pipes. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
