Great Spa, pools and service!

The hotel was great! The spa and spa services were excellent. The linens were really top of the line. The staff was very professional and helpful, they made everything easy for us.

Service is good, room is very cozy and comfortable including the bathroom. It's up to standards with what you'd expect from the brand and the category. Location is nice, while not a beachfront hotel, it's located in a great area and not far from the nicest beach in town. My only minor caveat would be that it's a bit too complicated billing wise with multiple card authorizations happening for different things, if you like one clean charge that covers everything you're probably not going to be able to have that.

From the moment i walked into the room i went to use the bathroom and it flooded. I called guest services to see if they would change our room before we settled in and they refused. They stated i had to call expedia. Which i did with no resolution the whole stay..

We stayed at the Sheraton Mar del Plata, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for a hotel of this category. The rooms are outdated and clearly in need of renovation. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable, and there was no way to make the air conditioning work—only the heating was functioning, which was frustrating given the weather. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, which made it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, there weren’t enough power outlets in the room, which was very inconvenient for a family traveling with multiple devices. We sat at the hotel bar for quite some time and were never attended to. On top of that, they attempted to charge us the 21% VAT even though I clearly proved my status as a foreign tourist not residing in Argentina and paid with a credit card issued abroad, which should have exempted us from that charge according to current law. Despite showing the required documentation, no solution was offered. Overall, a disappointing experience—especially from a hotel that carries the Sheraton name.

La habitación está muy buena, da a la pileta. Tiene dos camas separadas y una más que pusieron para mí hija. Una contra es que la tecla de la luz del baño está por afuera, y que no tiene extractor. El personal del room service, destaco a Aylen muy cordial y amable. El servicio del desayuno muy bueno. El trato en general de todos es muy cordial. También destaco el Sheratoons donde estan los juegos para chicos, impecable Marcos con el trato hacia los niños. Cómo sugerencia estaria bueno que le den más atención al paisajismo.
