Not all the rooms, including ours, have excellent views of the ocean. The photos in the listing give the impression that ocean views are the norm, not the exception. Any room on the 3rd floor or below has a building that effectively blocks most of the ocean view. Our room did have a partial ocean view and, for the most part, was very nice. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Posted 19 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe hotel was nice but far away from the airport and located away from the downtown. I did not know that MDP had a series of beaches that stretched about 8 to 10 km. If you can do better research than I did, you may come up with a better hotel for walkability for resturants, services or attractions.
