Hot tub broken. Pool water warm. Breakfast bar was nice.

thanks for the feedback im sorry about the hot tub its an on going project but we are going to have it up and running hopefully sooner rather then later.

The hotel was in shambles. The room smelled of dirty dog. The pool area was dirty and the hot tub was not working as stated in the hotel description!

There wasn’t staff, you had to call for them to check in. The room had a smell, bug blood on walls, deadbolt to room did not latch, and hot tub was broke which was a main reason to choose this hotel.

Hello Chrissy I am so sorry to hear things didn't go so well for you while you stayed with us please understand that the front desk staff have many task to do that's why we have a phone to call and I checked the lock and it was fine for me other then that I apologize for any uncleanliness please give us another chance to show u better experience..also the hot tub I know bummer we are trying to get it back in order but is taking more time then we thought
