Lovely hotel, food was fantastic, beach lovely and facilities great. Staff were friendly and efficient too. Would come back again

Good place, staff needs more training on service industry. Rooms need better cleaning

Beautiful property and excellent, personable staff at every level. Showers were cold everyday and beds not comfortable.

A complete disappointment - Blocked and leaking toilet, rusty and splitting bath making it unusable, loud noisy air conditioning unit made it impossible to sleep, dangerous uneven steps that made some areas in the resort unsafe to walk.
Construction site next to main pool was not only extremely noisy but made the use of the main pool unusable due to the layer of dust on the water which also made us question the quality of the water.
During our 8 night stay the sheets were never changed.
We ended up moving to a 5 star resort that was cheaper in price and far superior in every respect.
We were with two other families at the time and all three families had similar experiences to us. The day we left we met another family on the water taxi that were also leaving for the same reasons as us. Would not recommend
