Don’t like the policy: if any towels, curtains, pillow cas, bed sheets etc. got stain then customer will be charged. That is a super crazy. We have to check everything. Noticed that the sink has a crack, curtains have heavy stains. We notified them right away and requested another room. They switched the room for us but the second room had a stain on the duvet cover. We asked the house keeping to changed for us. She wasn’t happy about it and spoke to us in Korean which we didn’t understand but her body language showed us that she wasn’t happy. After she took off the duvet cover, there was a huge yellow/brownish on the actual blanket. We asked her to give us a complete new set. She again showed some frustration. The hotel needs to take a look at everything before they assign the room to customers. They should check for stains. We were happy that we checked because what if we didn’t then we would have a huge fines? We didn’t like that they even put a sign at the check in “be nice to our staff” what is that? The house keeper wasn’t nice to us.

They need to install phone chargers by the bed. Not across the bed. Big inconvenience. Other than that good hotel.
