This hotel is an oasis after spending days touring Seoul. The views from the restaurant & bar are one of a kind. I really enjoyed the staff, concierge service was top notch. My room was spacious and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The room was way too hot. Unable to cool the room even with the window open. The temperature was around 28 to 31 degrees. We had to open the door to the hallway to cool down. I called the front desk and was told there's no AC in the winter and to leave the thermostat off. The shower temperature was also too sensitive.

Hotel naru was exceptional. It was very clean and quiet and had all the amenities we could possibly imagine. We were quite pleased with the location and the view. The spa and sauna and pool and restaurant were wonderful. Our room was lovely. I would highly recommend and stay here again.
