"Location is great. Facilities are great. Front desk great. Felt that hot water did not last sufficiently long for a family of 4. Had golf cart parked on our parking space and when we tried driving around it to get to our unit we scratched car on the hedges which is unfortunate as it is a rental car. Some issues with bugs getting into the house which we had to remove as one of the members in our family was bug phobic. "

"Gorgeous tent and outdoor space, unbelievable views, great outdoor shower, hot tub worked well and appreciated that they had a dehumidifier and heater in the tent. The property itself has such amazing views of the sunset, and we were a 30 sec walk from our dinner at San Lucas which was great! Also loved the wide variety of free snacks and the kitchen. "The place was dirty and there was so many bugs and creatures everywhere! Spiders, cockroaches and ants crawling all around the place. I was in bed and a spider ran across the covers! We were told to spray bug spray around to prevent this, but also couldn’t open the windows as it would let more creatures in! So we were coughing the entire time because of the spray and couldn’t sleep. We left the property two days early and only stayed one night "

"I was pleasantly surprised by how this gem is tucked away behind the hotel. You are close-by to help if you need, but you are still far enough to get your full privacy. It’s quite a romantic hideaway. I’d say it suitable for a couple or a small family (due to the sleeping arrangements). "This property is also called the lodge that is right across the street from the parking for the cloudy mist Forest. If you are going to the forest this is an excellence place to spend the night the night before that way you have easy access in the morning. Get breakfast is also excellent and advisable to add to your room for the night stay."
