Outdated resort. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Very limited dining options. Went out most of the time. Rooms are outdated but clean.

Everything was great. The service is wonderful all staff members are very hopeful. The only thing is there's a lot of stairs to get to one point to another.

As you mentioned, there are too many stairs, but we have carts to transport our guests. Sometimes it may take a little longer since preference is given to older adults and pregnant women. The hotel has a unique archtecture in a beautiful setting. This was my second stay there and I will come back there again.

The place was amazing ! Very clean and the staff treated us very well. I will definitely stay there in again.

Front desk people were rude and not helpful. The food is NOT good. The staff helping with the food were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were rundown they definitely need remodeling and there are fruit flies in the rooms!

En general todo bien, solo un poco más de mantenimiento en el baño de mi cuarto y limpieza en la alberca de los niños
