They refused to accept the Expedia reservation made two months prior. Had to move to another hotel.

I booked and paid for a room online through Expedia, but the front desk people would not honor it and they were rude about it. I was left stranded at 10:30 at night with no room. And when I asked for the price of another room they jacked up the price. The hotel people were even uncooperative with Expedia on the phone and still wouldn’t honor the prepaid room. Thankfully, Expedia came through and helped me get a room at another hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! THEY DO NOT HONOR PAID RESERVATIONS AND HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY! THEY WILL REFUSE TO ACCOMADATE A PAID RESERVATION AND GIVE YOU A ROOM! THANKFULLY AFTER CONTACTING HOTELS.COM AND THE OWNER REFUSING TO SPEAK WITH THEM REGARDING THE REFUSAL TO GIVE ME A ROOM, HOTELS.COM HAD TO OVERIDE THE NO REFUND POLICY. PLEASE BEWARE AND DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS MOTEL!!

Do not book this motel because they will not allow you to stay there when you arrive and you will have to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia for a relocation

This hotel no longer exists and OYO has not removed its listing despite apparently having been notified and told to remove for months. I arrived in the middle of the night during a long drive up the east coast to find I did not have the room I booked and had to continue driving.
