Lovely hotel, overall it was very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were nice. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is a bit from the main train station but the #6 drops you off directly in front of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this modern hotel to anyone.

Thank god for Holiday Inn to have a new name and renovated, so all brand new and looking so much better and modern. But there is the issue of the wrong information on the website, there’s now no option for a double bed, all rooms only have 2 x single beds, being a huge error when renovating a hotel and providing the wrong information online. They understand this and it needs to be clarified.

There was a very loud guest yelling through the open window at 3am multiple times. A staff member of the neighboring NH hotel took a look to the issue. Also the staff at the reception was nice but should be a little bit more attentive to new incoming guests.

An unhappy experience

Check in experience was bad - unprofessional staff who kept talking to me in German regardless I said I don’t speak it. I was charged hotel stay at the reception although hotel stay was already paid via Hotels.com. The receptionists could not trace that payment and made me pay hotel stay again just to confirm afterwards that the hotel stay was already paid. They refunded the money to my credit card and the money hasn’t been received to date. I also paid eur 50 for a late checkout however hotel staff came to the room door waking me up in the process and asking me to vacate the room at the regular check out hour. The rooms are tiny and not worth the money.
