Check in and out was good. Nice service and staff. Pool was drained and not able to use. website photos are deceiving -the actual facility is not as nice. Tub was dirty. Breakfast was limited and what we did have wasn’t great so left to go eat elsewhere. Hotel couldn’t have helped this but loud out of control people after 12:pm for extended time. Choose the hotel based on reviews, location, website site photos. Wanted a place with a pool and breakfast. Disappointed We plan to be visiting Mankato often for the next few years and this was disappointing. We would not recommend this place.

Charge for Parking? Not acceptable

Room was comfortable and linens were clean. Service was good. Be careful, they charge for parking!! I complained because I have ADA plates and got it refunded but it was charged to my card without my approval.
