Friendly staff; clean; good on-site dining; nice perks - complimentary water; coupon for both the restaurant and the gift shop

Hot pools were nice but rooms are very basic and the restaurant sucked

Please let us know when you have new kitchen staff and we will consider returning. I have never eaten 2 worse meals. The waiter tried but the quality and preparation of the food is the worst I have seen. Steak that was not chewable. Pizza that was raw....once I cooked it at home it was a waits of power because it was still terrible....no taste, hardly any sauce, cheese or toppings. It takes work to mess up a pizza that badly. Really sad as the restaurant used to be quite good.
