Never go to the Don Juan
Posted 3 Jun 2024 on HotelsI initiated a chat last night with Navdeep and I am still awaiting a reply. I started another conversation this morning with another CSR and have received no communication. This hotel is not as described and I am looking for a refund for last night and the next two days. We have nowhere else to go and I am in business meetings all day today and tomorrow. Let’s just say that the hotel is not as advertised. There are no bars, no restaurant, no reception. The place is a mess. The first apartment we were shown was insecure, the window to a common hallway would not lock. We are now on a 1st floor with a TV which does not work, there is no air conditioning.

Posted 11 Jan 2023 on HotelsThe room itself, and what appeared to be the only one lady staff member were excellent and very attentive.
The hotel felt more like an institution rather than a bright and open welcoming building too far away from restaurants and other amenities.
And as a result way too overpriced. I have stayed in hotels in Estopana at half the price were more pleasant.

The clients are never alone because we care about them. As expected for apartment, had everything required and was on the beach, a little way out of the busy areas but as long as you don’t mind walking. The only down side as four friends we had two studios they only came with double beds, not ideal twins much better

It was quiet, and just a short walk to the lovely village of Castillo and a bit further along to duquesa.

Great Place for Base Camp
Posted 17 Jan 2019 on HotelsWe stayed here while visiting Gibraltar and Morocco. It is away from the busy areas, and it's quiet and relaxing. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Our partial sea view apartment was spacious and had a sea view out every single window.if the apartment. It was a beautiful way to wake up!

Check in and out was very smooth. Owner showed us the room and how to turn on the heat. She even gave us her personal phone number to call her if we needed anything, as reception closes at 9pm. The porperty is beautiful and the room was clean.
