It's a TOTAL SCAM

This hotel is a very BIG SCAM!!!! Never will I ever book if it's a Zen room! Unlike Reddoorz that you can really rely that it's a livable room. What's worse is they don't refund you of your room. The room is expensive for it's state but we chose to leave as it's totally not a good condition to stay. There's molds in the room which is hazardous especially we have an infant and a toddler. The room is not as what is shown in the photo. I booked for a family room with Queen Size and twin size bed. The photo shows they are beside each other, neat and clean under 1 room. Reality is the twin size bed is outside and is on top of the room with no AC. We Want a Full Refund of our Unused Booking!

Lack of assistance! The area around it is not safe. The elevator is not working well, for you to be safe going up and down just use the stairs.

Das Zimmer an sich war sauber nur Tv 📺 außer Betrieb da der Besitzer angeblich die Gebühren für den Kabel nicht bezahlt hat . Der Klimaanlage fällt fast jeden aus und darauf hin habe ich mehrmals gefragt ob ich das Zimmer wechseln kann leider kein Reaktion vom Personal. 😕😕😕

simple but clean and cozy. located in a local neighborhood just around the corner and across the street from the business district. safe area. maybe 10 mins walk to Legazpi Sunday Market and parks, and another 5-10 mins to Greenbelt mall.

Pros: Was great and what was expected for a room. Had a great size bed, small table, TV, small fridge, sink, decent wifi, and a simple washroom. Quite happy for the price I payed. The staff were quite friendly and helpful, if there was anything you needed like a spoon or fork, they provided. Any simple directions to the nearest 7 eleven/food/drink, they were helpful, but google maps works well. Cons: Air Con could have been better, basically had 2 setting of not cool enough or extremly cold, why am i freezing? Shower wise, even though there was a temperature changer to warm/ hot, it wasn't constant but was decent enough to where i could have a good shower nonetheless. Location where the GPS took me was where my room was, however, that was not the location where you are suppose to go to check in. I was sitting for about 45 minutes waiting for someone to come to the desk there only to find the check in is in the next building over.

별도 추천하고 싶지 않음/ 3-4시간 정도 머무를정도라면 ...

마닐라에 늦게도착해서 몇시간정도 (3-4시간) 머무를 정도라면 괜찮음. .(마니랄 공항 캡슐형 호텔이용할바에는 이용할 만함..하지만 하루 이상 숙박은 절대 아님) 에어컨소리 시끄럽고..주변지역 어둡고..직원들 친절하지 않음

Value for money

First room no TV reception then moved to higher floor with better reception. Very cold on right side of bed from aircon. Many mosquito bites. WiFi okay and had fridge. 2 rooms the bedroom being small but the dining area a good size. Lift stopped working when people on other floors left the door open. Has boiling water or cold water in lobby. Staff quite helpful.

New and clean place

The place is generally new and clean, it’s location is not typical, not in the bustling part of Makati but very decent for an inn. Grab drivers also have difficulty getting to our place so we had to walk to Dela Rosa street each time we had to go out. We were placed on the 4th floor and we had quite a difficult time getting to our rooms because the elevator does not work if the door is not closed properly so we had to use the steep stairs. But other than that, the staff was kind and accommodating, the place was clean, and it was quiet at night.

旅慣れた人におススメ！

grabタクシーで行ったのですが、少々迷ってしまいました。フロント？とホテルは少し離れていますが、スタッフが案内してくれます。 ホテルのたたずまいは、これがホテルなの？で、エレベーターは扉を手で開け閉めする古いタイプですので、小さいお子さん連れにはお勧めできません。 最初に通された部屋は、小ぎれいに清掃はしてあったのですが、ＴＶのリモコンがない、水洗トイレの水が流れない、という状況でした。部屋の変更後は、ＴＶ・トイレの利用が可能となりましたが、ＴＶの映像は乱れていました。 リトル東京のすぐそばで、グリーンベルトにも徒歩１５分の所に立地しています。グリーンベルト地帯と異なり、庶民感いっぱいの地域ですので不安を感じるかもしれません。コスパがかなりいいので旅慣れた人にはお勧めですが、少々高くても快適に過ごしたい方は他を当たった方が良いでしょう。コスパにひかれて、私は次も泊まってみようと考えていますが・・・

Two Thumbs Up!

For the price, probably cannot find a better budget hotel in close proximity to downtown Makati. Staff are great, rooms comfortable with ref. Cable TV hasn't worked in months, but free internet although very limited bandwidth. Overall two thumbs up!

Good stay at Zen room Time traveller Makati Manila

the hotel is at very good location. they have disciplined staff. the cleaniness is good. the wifi internet was slow. the rooms are comfortable. Airconditioning is good. each room has mini fridge which differentiates the hotel. the food is avilable nearby with so many hotels and eateries. the price of hotel is reasonable. overall a good experience.

hard to find hole in the wall

hotel name was not on the outside sign. Difficult to find. even local taxi could not find it. No basic enmities, like soap and shampoo, but the room size was nice for 4 people to sleep in a 2 people room.

穴場かも！

フロントは隣のタイムトラベラー・ツーリスト・インになります。タクシー等で向かう際には注意が必要です。マカティエリアでありながら、エルミタやマラテのような雰囲気に最初驚きましたが、夜歩きも大丈夫なぐらい治安は良くなっています。（あくまでも自己責任でお願いします） リトルトウキョーやウォルターマート（大型スーパー）も徒歩圏内の立地で、11連泊しましたが不便はなかったです。 部屋は広くはありませんが、小ざっぱりしてそこそこ綺麗な部屋でした。エアコンの効きも良く、TVもあり、お湯シャワーも大丈夫でした。若いころから中南米、東南アジアの色々なホテルを利用してきましたが、安宿～中級のホテルのカテゴリーでほぼ満点という感想です。何より、スタッフさんが気持ちの良い応対をしてくれました。オススメです。

チェックイン カウンターが無人でチェックインが出来ずに宿泊が出来なかった。料金の支払いは済んでいるのに。最低なホテルズです
