2 main prolems:
No elevator - we've been staying at the 5th floor
The area is scarry!!!!

Nice & clean hotel with excellent wifi
Posted 9 Jun 2017 on OrbitzRoom is nice and clean but hotel location not in a safe area. It was also hard to find the place. Staff was helpful though, responded immediately to my email. The morning of my stay aircondition leaked that made a big puddle of water on the floor. Staff came right away to clean it. Wifi was excellent.

Not Worth The Stay
Posted 24 Oct 2016First of all the location is hard to find even by GPS. Not sure if because the hotel name is different than advertised here or perhaps the address is within an alley, or both. Check in process is slow, I arrived at 1pm and was allowed to my room at 3pm. Upon check-in you're also asked to sign this long two page hotel policies. Hotel has no elevator, bad if you're disabled or have a lot of luggage. I had to go up/down 5 floors everyday. Location, is also not great. My room was clean despite the fact it had ants everywhere. Upon check-in out I asked for a check-out receipt or anything stating the the credit card deposit charge would be refunded, and they denied to provide it forcing me to call my bank and filing a dispute.
