I booked for 2 rooms from Expedia.com and when we got there, they said no vacancies. I was charged for 2 rooms... and after waiting for long hours... they gave us a room.. 1 room only with sink clogged, no towels and toiletries... it’s really disappointing. And I never got my refund from the other room

Hi mam Maria. I apologize for the inconvenience. We did our best to accommodate you and your family. Yes you booked 2 rooms but you stayed in 1 room that we provide, but the unit handler told me that you extended your stay at our unit on the next day until evening, considered as 1 day stay mam. So you said you won't refund the payment of the other unit because it is considered the payment for your extension.

비행기와 공사장 소음

공항으로 향하는 비행기 소리가 심하며 새로 짓고 있는 건물의 공사장 소음이 있음. 그래서 수영장 뷰로 예약했지만 호스트는 늦은 답변과 대처로 나를 슬프게 했다.
