Posted 21 Aug 2022 on HotelsThis was actually a pretty good hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with everything we asked.
The room was fairly comfortable and the price was good. There was also an eatery down the street with very affordable food.
The only thing that I didn’t like is they charge an extra 500 pesos if you check-in before 2 PM. An early check-in fee. Otherwise it was great. I stayed in Manila for about a week. You’ll get a decent place to stay without going bankrupt.

Staff so nice / friendly
But he gave me just only 2 bottles of water per visit (I stayed 3 days). While the other international hotels gave me 2 bottles per night.

It is not the cleanest property by normal western standards. But it's only a bit scuffed, not really dirty.
The manager is a wonderful, warm-hearted person and all employees do their best to help at all hours of day and night if you have a problem.
Careful if you want to take a taxi to the hotel: It lies in a number of one-way streets. Best take the taxi to the main road and take a trike from there.
I'll be there again next time I come to Manila.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, camera grande e confortevole. La posizione non è quella segnalata, credevo di stare a 7 minuti a piedi da rizal Park invece si trova vicino a Guadalupe, a una decina di km di distanza. Inoltre le fermate di bus o mrt più vicine sono a 1,5 km di distanza circa
