The building itself is not capable of staying comfortable, the room we got is very dark and scary the whole ways are scary. Over all is terrible except one male staff is very kind and helpful.

This was a great place to stay if I could change one thing I think that would be the breakfast. I would’ve liked to seen the option to have more food than what they were willing to serve.

The property is good for the price.clean ,accessible to shops, friendly staffs.the only thing I did not like was the breakfast, food was not good

Don't Book Urban Traveller Hotel Manila
Posted 21 Aug 2024 on HotelsUpon arrival we were informed by reception the airport transfer we booked via the hotel must be paid in cash. We weren't told this in advance. The room was nothing like the photo, dated and tired. The a/c unit was very noisy and prevented comfortable sleep. The included breakfast was very poor and unappetizing. Upon checking out next day, staff weren't helpful or prepared to assist us with a taxi to the airport, they suggested we walk to the end of the street and hail one. Overall disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel.
