Clean, safe, conveniently located
Posted 20 Aug 2024 on HotelsWe enjoyed our stay at Trees Residences. The property is a short walk from SM City Fairview and has easy access to a convenience store, laundry facility, and food vendors. Each tower has its own security guard. The unit itself was fully equipped with kitchen tools and even included some toys and games. We appreciated little touches that made us feel at home.

One of the better condo experiences at that price

Very nice property, very close to the shopping areas. The ammenites provided inside the condo were excellent. My only gripe was that the pool required you to pay everyday for its use which seems ridiculous.
