Did not get room paid for ,no internet no washer , staff unaware of booking , after complaining room paid for ,offerd but already settled into cheaper room tired an late, most all places on agoda are a scam of some sort , many things not provided after payment recieved

Luxury Residence that Lacks the Luxury
Posted 27 May 2024 on HotelsThe owner of the unit is very responsive and helpful. However, the concierge at Belini Tower was not that accommodating (from the security guard to the receptionist). They did not assist us properly in providing direction. We didn't know which elevator leads to the right tower. We got lost and wasted precious time before we found the correct unit (after going up and down different elevators). Poor signages. Not so ovious visual directions in the lobby. No one asking if we needed assistance (we kept asking but the directions given us were incorrect).
In fairness, the unit owner apologized for the miscommunication. The room is clean. The A/C is strong. Hot water is working. But we can't close the bathroom door because the washing machine's water pipe is obstructing it. The WiFi is also not working.
We reckon that it is still better to stay in an actual hotel to get better service.

The property was unsafe due to leaking from the ceiling; the place smelled old, and the cabinets were old and broken; the Wi-Fi wasn’t working; the fridge wasn’t cold, and the freezer didn’t even work. So disappointing for what I paid for it. It was a hassle overall. But the lobby was grand, and the staff, just the unit, had the issue.
