Hotel had good amenities but the area around wasn’t so clean We didn’t like dining options and service

The Picasso is a Jewel for the price. The Salcedo neighborhood is just a paradise for an urban lover from the US. Safe! Affordable Upscale Restaurants by the dozens in every direction. The hotel is Decorated with art and is lovely. It’s only 9 floors so it’s cozy and comfortable. It’s a 15 min walk to the Top Malls but why do that when a Ride Share is <$3 to get there!
