The hotel is too expensive for what it offers. The rooms are tiny. I asked to be upgraded for additional fee and the room is still small for 3 people.

Good hotel, friendly staff. Walking distance to Philippine immigration (for my visa extension; get there 1/2 hour before doors open or youll be there all day), and a short 'grab' ride to VAC and ST Lukes. We got all three done in 3 days. Good place and convenient...The SM mall is within walking distance too (you'll get your steps in).

We went to this hotel because we were very unhappy with the previous stay. This staff were able to show us a room before booking and they were very friendly and professional.
Our stay was very comfortable with great bedding, enjoyable with great food choices and very friendly. It is worth every penny!

Nice overall except for the A/C being unadjustable
Posted 1 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is a bit old but it’s clean and nice overall. The only real complaint is that the air conditioner temperature could not be adjusted, it was either extremely cold or you had to turn it off. Overall a nice place however.

When we return to visit Manila, the Bayleaf will be our choice.
