Read the fine print: limited housekeeping = no clean towels no cleaning the entire week you stay at this place. Not bad if they had a vacuum or washer or dryer but those aren’t in these type units. Make arrangements to pay 700-1000p for a maid. Which I would have but the manager failed to respond to SMS or Emails to help.

First of all we are very sorry for your terrible experience with us and we are very sorry as well that your expectations are above the roof. Sir, I hope you read the descriptions and policies of our place before you booked. WE ARE JUST A CONDOMINIUM UNIT. WE ARE NOT A HOTEL THAT CATERS EVERYDAY HOUSE KEEPING. We have provided you towels beforehand contrary to what you are claiming that we did not. We clearly emphasize that we only do cleaning every 7th day so therefore, changing of sheets and towels are provided on these days. Please remember that you only booked for 4 NIGHTS. Mr. Peterson, sir, this is not America and we are not even a 3 star hotels. We are just a comfortable condo units that prices are resonable. So you get what you have paid for. You should stay in a five star hotels so you will be satisfied. Sir you forgot to mention in your review that your group exceeded the number of persons allowed in the unit because of pandemic. That the other units are complaining about the noise your company created. You violated our rules but we are still lenient to you. So I hope Mr. Peterson, before you make a biased reviews, kindly checked first if that is fair for us too. Thank you.

Posted 14 Feb 2019 on HotelsI really enjoyed my stay, and was very pleased with the apartment and also the service. Check in was a breeze...even though the front desk had to call the service person from another location it took less than five min. for her to get there. The apartment was very nice with great decor in all rooms. There also was a great view of the city from the living room. There was also small things that made the stay great as well..like soaps, shave kit, tooth brush....to me its the thought that counts. The only con is that the building next door is under construcion (didnt hear much noise), and there is a scaffold that blocks the condos name and address...so my driver had to driver around the block three times before we found it. Would I stay there again ? Yes !!

部屋は広くてきれい
場所は良い!引いてゆえば、お風呂のお湯がぬるい‼️奥の手キッチンでお湯をわかかして4.5回入れました、日本人にはぬるすぎる

ホテルではなくコンドのレンタルルームでした。施設の名前が「マリーナ」なので見つからなかった。施設や部屋は問題ないですがレンタルルームなので滞在中のルームクリーニングやタオルの交換等は一切ありません。ホテル的なサービスは一切ないので2日以上ですとホテルの方が良いと思いました。なのに掃除費として500ペソ取られましたがエクスペディアのサイトではその様な説明は無かったと思います。
