The property is a beautiful facility. However, the rooms are individually owned and for my stay, I was moved three times for pest control. I was only given one key for me and my family. When the door closed with the key inside, I was forced to pay a locksmith to open the room. An additional key was not provided nor would the front desk open the unit. The staff that worked the facility was extremely nice, professional, and seemingly compassionate individuals. I believe it can be a much better facility if there were unified policies. My daughter loved the location, we made lifelong friends that permanently live there. There is everything you need in walking distance. We will stay there again, but this time with our eyes wide open!

Our listings in Expedia flatform is just new but when you search further online we have humbly achieved above 8 over 10 satisfactory rating from Thousand of guest who stayed with us. Among thousand of guest we have serviced, this is our first time experiencing transferring same guest 3 times without question ask just transfer despite his complaint not being substantiated, as per our 3rd party service provider and my staff. About Extra key, key can be provided upon request but when you book it’s best to declare the number of person accordingly. About the locksmith, since this incident happened during After Hours, our staff has left for the day it’s more economical to call a locksmith to unlock the door than to wait and yes it’s guest responsibility to pay the P300. I hope you have a safe flight! Stay safe as always.

the AC is broken so we need to moved out the next day, we wasnt able to sleep the 1st night due to AC issue. The rooms is small for a price like this, but the area around it is accessible to anything. Guards are always asking the grab drivers to leave and not wait at the lobby and its very inconvenient for us passengers to wait for the driver. The 2nd room they assigned doesnt have any Iron and Blower. AIRFRYER IS NOT AVAILABLE IM BOTH ROOMS.I stayed 8 days and housekeeping (change of bedsheet and towel will cost you 1500) in other hotel housekeeping is free every 2 days for a max of 4days stay. Water supply is only 1L upon check in and nothing else. The 2nd room doesnt have any shampoo also, the toilet door lock is broken also. I have alot of issue with the rooms they have. and its very dusty also

This is the Type of Guest that you need to avoid. If you read accordingly,this property is managed by a private host and operating a private Apartment not a hotel. From move-in to the move-out too much dramas. This guest has been transfer to a different room, No question ask still have some drama. I am Just glad his gone.

Aircon worked well, hot water in the shower and a comfortable room. Great communication by rhe landlord and centrally located.

The stay was good. Had to request a second night and was easily accommodated.
