Worst customer service, building is old and delapadated. Broken down and the elevator is scary old.

The staff are very helpful, accommodating and nice. They provided us of all the things that we requested. But some parts of the building needs some tlc. Like parts of the floor in our room was uneven and it moves when we walk. The baseboards in the lobby of our floor was busted and the elevator buttons need some replacement and an upgrade. Also, some of the towels and bathrobes that we had was a bit old. But other than that, we had a comfortable stay😊

Will definitely be coming back, security is great and staff is very accommodating. Stay for only a week was not enough time

The property was well kept and the room that we had was very nice and clean. It was well thought of. I love the kitchen because it has all the equipment that you need to cook and it all looks brand new! I also love the washroom because it smells good and clean. The bathtub and the shower are separate which was nice. The hallway was clean and it smells good! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again!😊

The reception staff are awesome! They are kind, polite and friendly. Always smiling. Always helpful! The room is cozy, comfortable, and clean! Only thing missing is a RAMP for the wheelchair- borne customers and for those carrying lots of heavy luggage.
