Costumer service is ok but the room is too small for 9 person. I paid a room for 9 person but I a room for 4 person. I think I got rip off. Our 2 nights stay was terrible. No hot water in the shower

as per booking 6 children but in actual they are already adults and the rooms they reserved as perguest is good for 6 pax only
