I needed to catch a bus at 4:30 this was near the bus station. But a sketchy area and I saw a few rats and numerous cockroaches nearby, but not in the hotel. The worst part was online check in which stated, the room wasn’t available after they charged me. I went there in person and they did me right.

Work From Home Not-Friendly (No WIFI Access)

The initial plan was to stay here for 2 nights but the wifi was not working and I need that for work so I decided to just stay overnight. The cable tv connection is poor as you won't be able to watch well as there's this snow-like white while watching. The TV remote control is not working as well. I called several times in the lobby and even went there personally to hopefully improve the mentioned challenges but only the TV remote control was replaced. The cable TV connection was still poor and wifi connection didn't became available all through out. It was so disappointing! I won't stay here again.

Receptionist is overly zealous to get me out of the room at 12 noon sharp! How rude.

What I liked was the service of the staff, the girls that worked the front desk were excellent. Unfortunately my two week stay at the OYO Royal Parc 46 Annapolis, Quezon City in the Philippines was Horrible, I would like all my money back that I spent. I had two rooms (305&306) they were filthy the filters in the AC were full of filth, the molding in the rooms were coming undone, mold and rust around the window in the bathroom. The phone in my room didn't work well, the whole experience at the royal property was very bad. I will never stay in the Royal Parc Hotel ever again, this was just so bad, everything about it.
