Staff are super kind they take their time to help you out rooms are clean they offer room service from near by restaurant's too It’s on the red light district you just open the door from the hotel and there’s bars and clubs right in front of you already

We’ve stayed here twice. Its location, property, rooms, cleanliness, and location (yes, I said it twice) is superior to anything around—and it’s affordable! We loved our stays there and will be back again soon!

Like the staff's professionalism. Did not like the hotel policy in not giving out an electronic receipt.

Great place to see P. Burgos and close proximity of
The Filling Station. Hotel was beautiful, clean, and required minimal interaction with staff after checking in. Overall, I loved it and would DEFINITELY stay again!

Located in heart of Makati. The Ballagio along with the intergrated Cafe Cabana & the Filling Station, famously amazing display of American 50s memorabilia. The experience is like walking back in time, while enjoying great food, 24/7 breakfast. There is something for everyone. I can't say enough about the staffs attitude, & welcoming. Top notch security team isvalso friendly & welcoming
