The property is actually the Tree by SMDC in Fairview. It is secured with a security guard in every tower. The room is comfortable with Aircon, TV and WIFI. The problem is the directions to find the address in Expedia. It’s hard to find the location. Tip to find the Red Doorz is type TREE by SMDC in your waze or google and the Red Doorz booth is located inside the Alfamart beside the entrance of TREE by SMDC.

The room I stayed have uncomfortable pillows, comforter cover is very old , you have to pay for use of the refrigerator.

BOGUS HOTEL
Posted 13 Jul 2019 on HotelsNEVER FOUND THE HOTEL, CAB DRIVER SAID NO HOTEL AT THAT LOCATION, I WENT THE HOTEL ONLINE WEB AND THEY HAD MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT NOT FINDING THE HOTEL LOCATION. I CALLED HOTELS.COM AND TOLD THEM OF WHAT HAPPENED, THEY ALSO HAD TROUBLE TRYING TO CONTACT THE HOTEL. THEY FINALLY GOT A EMAIL REPLY SAYING NO REFUND, I WAS CHARGED 3 NIGHTS. HOTELS.COM WAS VERY NICE ABOUT IT AND GAVE ME A 50 VOUCHER, BUT I DID DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY

front desk required 1000 peso deposit in cash that can only be reclaimed the next day after you check out, not during!
