The door locks are not safe. The room looks creepy. The beddings have holes. Internet is slow. The bldg is dark at night.

The biggest issue was the WiFi was so bad as to be totally useless. Tried to login, but would always get dropped in minutes. This happened on multiple phones, so it is definitely a WiFi issue. Even after complaints to the staff, nothing was done to fix the issue.

Low value for the money

The staff were friendly and helpful. I left my laptop bag at the front desk at check in by accident. They brought it up before I realized it was missing. That was great. But the property was not what I expected for the money. The wi-fi was not available during our stay. There was no house keeping to speak of. The noise from the street was terrible and we were on the 8th floor. I probably won't stay there if I need to be in Quezon City again.

Night staff was unattentive. I went down to ask for toilet tissue and they said "Reddoorz will provide it," I thought I was staying at Reddoorz. I stayed from 7/8-7/12 and not once did anyone make up the room. Poor service and hygiene

I love staying at Red Doorz us Kamuning. This was the second time we stayed there and both times we had excellence experiences.

We had a pleasant stay but reddoorz dies not reply to emails and the faciitg itself doesnt have a contact number that we can call. You have to go thru their hotline which is most of the time useless. I emailed their helpdesk prior to our travel to clarify some concerns but no one bothered to answer.

Hope the room has it owns stove or microwave oven so we could hot meals even for tomorrow's food without ordering again. But all in all is good.
