Awful customer service, waited too long at the reception as they wont let me in coz there system doesnt appear it was paid when i have already got the booking no and the amount below is showing that it was paid. I will NEVER recommend this place under any circumstance

Unsafe area and difficult to find. I cancelled this booking and didn’t check in... I booked a different hotel... I should NOT be charged!!!!!!!

Was very disapointed in room nothing like i saw pictures of,
Very small ,
For the price it was over paid, had no water presure in sank or shower, They act confused when ask them something,
Paid room online in advace but when got there was no reservation so had to pay again an much higher that i book it before. Was going to stay lobger vbut just not worth price, so checked out went hotel next door, better price, nicer room came with free breakfast. Was very happy i had changed.
