Great location - in the heart of Binondo and close to Intramuros. Helpful and friendly staff - they are always willing to help for example, in answering questions about places of interests, booking a cab, and even haggling for a trike.

Its an alright hotel. Not the idea hotel with no sites to see. Its right in the middle of the ghetto
