Check in and check out was inconvenient
Posted 30 Apr 2018The room and location is very nice however unlike normal hotels, when you arrive at the place, you have to call the owner and have to wait for someone to arrive before you can check in and check out to your room which was quite inconvenient.

Expedia does not give out the contact numbers of guests and this poses problems with communication especially when wifi is not available when guests are out doing their business. We always publish our contact numbers for easy communication. For security purposes, the guest really has to contact us for check in and check out just like a full service hotel. Please come back so we can serve you again.
