huge room with kitchen dining and living room really feel home. You can do everything, restaurant roof top pool, and gym. My only wish they have washing machine as the room is really like living in a condo.

The Orbits listing said “newly renovated” it is not. It’s old and run down. We asked to change rooms but the one they offered us was no better.
Large unit and great location but needs renovation. The staff is excellent.

Staff are friendly and accomodating. A little bit disappointed with the overall look of the room, considering that it is supposed to be one of tge newly renovated rooms.
The paint work and finishing are half completed.

Bad customer service
Posted 3 Dec 2023 on HotelsZero customer service, we've waited for almost an hour for just a burger and pasta. The F&B staff left us at the roof deck without anymore assistance after serving the late food. The food was serve cold already. The staff are not accommodating even the front desk.
