The room seemed different to the photo in website and the bed was not stable.
No reasonable alternative was offered other than a room upgrade with no discount.
Very expensive alternative was disappointing.
Very average for the price.

Excellent staff, accommodating and helpful. Room was spacious.
We were placed at 7th floor, however there were few issues, such as WiFi not accessible, water in the shower was so slow, bathtub was slippery- anti-slip mat would be very useful as I slipped whilst getting into the tub, and fixtures need upgrade.

Excellent Staff, they were all approachable, accommodating and helpful.
The issue noted were the fixtures especially in the bathroom, they’re old and need replacing or upgrade, also towels and beddings.

No internet access.
No handsoap. Asked for some. Didn’t get any. We used the shampoo provided.
On the whole clean enough but cupboards were dirty when you opened them.
Water flowed into the toilet bowl nonstop, waste of water.
