I chose this place since it’s relatively close to CCP. First thing, checking in (for an executive room) took 1 HOUR initially, only for the staff to tell me there are no available rooms. I approached the staff and was told to wait for 30 minutes for cleaning, 30 minutes passed, they told me the room is still being cleaned. After 2 hours, they led me to a room without a tub, which is apparently my online request. They told me that only some executive rooms have a tub, contrary to what they market here in Expedia (there are photos of a bath tub in the hotel gallery) which I wish should’ve been clarified more. I could’ve went to a better hotel instead. The room is not soundproof. Room smells like smoke, there are small cockroaches inside the bathroom. There are no room slippers available. Noisy air conditioning unit. Breakfast is mid. My worst hotel experience to date. Will never book here again. Not worth the price I paid.

The room seemed different to the photo in website and the bed was not stable. No reasonable alternative was offered other than a room upgrade with no discount. Very expensive alternative was disappointing. Very average for the price.

Excellent staff, accommodating and helpful. Room was spacious. We were placed at 7th floor, however there were few issues, such as WiFi not accessible, water in the shower was so slow, bathtub was slippery- anti-slip mat would be very useful as I slipped whilst getting into the tub, and fixtures need upgrade.

Excellent Staff, they were all approachable, accommodating and helpful. The issue noted were the fixtures especially in the bathroom, they’re old and need replacing or upgrade, also towels and beddings.
