By far the best budget valued & eco-friendly hotel along with an incredibly friendly & helpful staff, especially the front desk of Fren & her fellow staff mates go out of their way to make your stay comforting and enjoyable.
An incredible central & safe location within a short 20 minute walk to the very popular Ayala Market Market Mall, outdoors "Farmers Market" and family-friendly entertainment inside & outside could and would take you several days to explore and enjoy your options!
The OYO MyTown New York, like it's namesake New York even offers quick access to 24 hr mini-markets & restaurants like the very popular "Angel's Burgers" across the street!
And the views of the Manila city downtown skyline from the incredible Rooftop Pool & relaxing deck area were certainly the deal clincher for me!
It will certainly be my "Go-to" place to stay in Makati and the Manila downtown area with easy access to the First-Class upscale area of BGC whenever I'm there and I will always recommend it as the best & budget friendly first choice & consideration for visiting Manila!

Hotel thought I wouldn’t notice.
Posted 4 Jan 2024 on HotelsIt’s hard to complain for the price but I paid few dollars more for the biggest option of the two rooms listed. Instead I got the tiniest room I’ve ever seen. How do I know? My friends had 5-6 rooms booked with their families for new years, they said my room was extremely small compared to any of their rooms. It was only 2 feet around the entire double bed. That was the whole room.

We booked for 4 days for 2 adults and 1 kid (4 yr old) as we go in Makati for Christmas Vacation but suddenly when we came there the FO said kids not allowed... Why they didn't informed me ahead of time so we can cancel it and no one ever messaged me that we cant check in the hotel bec. we had kid with us..
The FO said i need to request a refund because they will refund my money but when i requested the website emailed me that the hotels declined my request refund.. I was very upset with their policy . We saved that money for our vacation but one blink its all gone coz they dont want to refund plus the staffs are not that approachable.. we waited long and they saw us in a lane waiting for our turn and no one ever told us kids are not allowed...
