The Novotel is definitely showing its age. The bathroom fixtures and grout are all in bad shape. The tiles are loose in the bathroom floor. The Couch is very dirty and the rooms have a slight moldy smell. It used to be very nice 4 years ago but in the last 2 years it’s definitely become more and more rundown

Overall, the best asset this hotel have are its staff, from front desk/reception to concierge

To be honest I did not expect much from this hotel. But the friendliness from all the staff blew me away. They truly bent over backwards to help me with everything. They also had an impressive breakfast spread. Valet parking was a nice touch as well. Thank you very much.
