Excellent rating is based on value for money - this was a budget hotel for a family for an overnight stopover in Manilla - but on that basis it was excellent - it is close to the airport, the "Family Room B" was perfect for 2 teenage boys and parents (2 singles and a queen). Rooms and bathroom were clean and the rooftop terrace was good.

Great property with very well maintained rooms. Well beyond my expectations and an amazing rooftop bar. Recommend if transiting Manila.
