Great location across from Greenbelt. Felt very safe to walk around area. Staff in VIP lounge very friendly and accommodating

The property is okay. Our room is clean but dated. Although it says Turn Down Service available, not once was our room serviced.
The staff are superb though. Very sweet and willing to help you in every way they can.

Great hotel, super staff. Ryan was super nice when I arrive.
Rooms are perfect size, clean and modern.
Lot of restaurents near by.
Definitely recommend and definitely don’t understand the negative reviews.

Beautiful hotel in Makati near shopping and food options. Great amenities, including pool and gym, nice on-site restaurant and lounge, and extremely attentive staff at all levels from housekeeping to security.
