Always happy to be back in New Coast Hotel! The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and attentive!
Hotel is well located and just a stone's throw away (3-min walk) from Robinson mall offering restaurants, cafes, bakeries, a well-stocked supermarket, movie theatre, beauty parlour, bookstore...you name it, they have it!

A great location close to amenities. The hotel is of a high standard and the staff are all welcoming and helpful. We have no issues recommending this hotel to family and friends.

all worked well despite construction. every staff member encountered was outstandingly friendly and helpful

been here a few times overall i like it, did have reno noise,, even past 1900 while dining at the chinese resto but staffers took care of it.. my gripes
1. towel hangers too small
2. no luggage rack
3 magnify mirror not well seated in wall, falling out
i would come back if hopefully these issues are address, need attention to details.. staffs however were amazing .
