Just needed a room overnight for our appointment in the US Embassy. Charged me P50.00 for an extra bed sheet for the sofa bed even though I paid the rate for 4 people (including an 11 yo boy.). Towel rack came off the wall as soon as we tried to hang a towel -screws were lose. Overall it did the job - but nothing fancy.

No wifi in the hotel and the early check in fee is 250 pesos per hour. I was very disappointed with this hotel. I was expecting that there will be a wifi connection as what I saw from its expedia amenities and a 250 pesos fee for early check in not hourly charged of 250 pesos.

The elevator is very slow, if it is working. The internet was out almost the entire time I was there. I ask for some help printing off a document. They wanted to charge 50 PHP PER PAGE! This is the price for a paying guest!!!! I had tiny flying bugs in my restroom. They would not clean my room every day and refused to give me clean towels. The food in the dining facility was very overpriced. Traditional dishes that should have meat in them were served as vegetarian. VERY disappointing for the prices that are charged there. I will not be staying here again.

Foods are expensive but not tasty. Ended up wasting it.

Internet connection within the stay was not sufficient enough to even do a video call, or to watch Netflix. The services here were decent and the people were very nice.
