Could Be Better

I have been staying at this facility whenever I am in Manila for work. Chose this hotel for its proximity to my business meetings as well as its convenient location to malls and food outlets

No view my room is facing the side of the next building nothing to see.

Friendly staff, near SM Megamall

The room was okay, requested for a nice view but given a room with the view of the back of another hotel so did not bother opening the curtains. The shower only have half glass wall, no glass door to keep the water from splashing on the bathroom floor. The room was clean but something kept on biting me, leaving insects bite marks on my legs, neck and arms. The aircon was facing the wrong way and does not reach the bed itself so it gets really warm while sleeping but the area near the doorway was very cold as the aircon was facing that way. The staff are very nice and friendly especially the security guard who always greet me and the bellboy who helped me with my luggage. The hotel is very near the SM Megamall, within walking distance. I walked probably between 8-10 minutes. Will be a problem though to someone with knee problems as you have to climb stairs. There's a longer way if you don't want to use the stairs. Breakfast is not bad, depends on whether the food was still warm when you get there. Overall, the only attraction for me is the nearness to SM Megamall, so because of this, might stay here again.

I had a good night sleep after a long trek down to city and mercure provided the comfort I need plus the view of the city lights. Looking for a partnership with mercure and Blessed Feet Travel and Tours
