Dislike everything about this hotel there are no basic essentials in the room. This should not be in your listings.

I basically didnt like everything about this place, the rooms, the beddings, the bathroom and sink which are both clogged,, the yucky sheets and towels, no trash cans and electric kettles inside the rooms, the defective lightings, the dilapidated and dirty elecavators, the swiming pool area that needs repair and the corridors that smells bad.So instead of comfort and rest, it was a terribly uneasy and sleepless night for me.To be honest, the place needs total cleaning and makeover.

The room was really nice, but there was nothing additional there, no toilet paper, no hair dryer, no extra pillows, blankets, nothing. Kinda disappointing.

The room was not as it looks in the picture. The air conditioner did not work.

Overall, the building is quite old. Room service is slow and the building is starting to show it’s wear and tear. The hotel does not allow any alcohol in the room which is quite disappointing. We asked for toilet paper and we were told we need to wait until the next day. We went to 711 to buy our own toilet paper. No air conditioning in the lobby, Elevetor or hallways as it was broken. Door knob on the 11 floor emergency stairwell broken. Lack of hot water in the suite and cracks in the ceiling. The only positive part was the staff at the front desk which was very polite and energetic. It’s not their fault that management neglected keeping this building looking good. Neglected maintenance of the building.

This hotel supposed to be 4 star hotel but was nothing close to one star motel I’m thinking to request my money back .

Maltreated an 82 years old Hotel Guest

Emilia Cruz (Front Desk) gave my mother a very poor customer service. My mother who is 82 years was maltreated in this hotel. Don't book on this hotel...VERY!!! VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!
