Icon hotel in Timog Av wasclosed when I came to check in. Staff was very helpful including security guard , provided us with chairs and assisted us with parking. . Hotel Manager. Miss. Alcantara personally escorted us to another hotel If we like it. Agiainwith the help of Miss Alcantara , I checked in to mother Icon hotel in North EDSA

Posted 28 Jan 2019 on HotelsI was going to stay one night on Jan 222-23 but the hotel was closed due to fire. I sent emails to Hotels.com to ask for the way for imbursement but they havent been responding my emails. Now I am back to my country but I feel angry about the attitudeof hotels.com

Advertise a pool. Dank small and shallow. Wouldn’t even fly as a kiddie pool. No windows in the bedrooms. No regular housekeeping; by guest request only.

I thought the room could be cleaner. There was a number of long black hairs all over the floor. I don't like the way they do their housekeeping. I stayed a week and they don't come in to freshen the room or replace toiletries. Safe didn't work and was not bolted down. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a nice Filipino food selection. I have come to realize roaches are just a Philippine thing, but the one that crawled up through the drain provided entertainment chasing him down. With all that said, I feel the rating was accurate and I knew what I was getting myself in to and I would stay there again in the future.
