Not good

Room smelt of cigarettes, air conditioning control no where to be found and room 103 is the noisiest room I’ve ever stayed on a sogo rotunda, very disappointing

Poor check in experience

I was made to wait for an hour to check in despite the room being paid for already. This after a very long international flight. I also asked for a food menu so I can order food whilst waiting but I was told it is only in the room so need to wait till I get checked in. Very disappointing check in experience

Tv was not working like it suposed to do . After complaining they try to fix it .but no sucses. Neighbourhood is noisey dirty and there are realy anoying people there.
