Had to park in a mall closeby overnight bec the hotel only has 2 parking slots when I attempted to check-in the 1st time. The 2nd time I checked-in, I provided feedback that the very limited parking has to be in the hotel information sent to Expedia. Also wjen I got to my room, i fugured i was given a diff room type from what I booked. When I called the frontdesk I was told the room I booked is no longer available. So I asked again, why was I not told beforehand? So they transferred me to an upgraded room. I said I wasn't asking for an upgrade and that it's really just a matter of setting the guest's expectations.

Wonderful! Friendly staff (and environment and budget friendly, too)😆 easy to go anywhere in Malate- the place to stay if you have any business in this area.

The toilet is in a rather uncomfortable spot which makes it difficult to sit down. The shower has no curtain, allowing water to splash out. The staff was great.

Convenient. Had business nearby. Close to Robinsons Mall which has restaurants, etc.

My family stayed here 2 years ago, my son a year ago and my sisters and I this last week. hotel Kimberly didn’t disappoint!
Close to the airport, malls and historic Manila!

Hotel is in the best location but room is not in par with the cost. Room is outdated and needing immediate improvement at least where we stayed in.
