The photos of the room we booked is nothing compared to the actual room it was way too dirty and our room smells like cigarettes not to mention the steep stairs that you have to walk up and down to esp when you’re pregnant it’s not ideal. They did not also mentioned that there would be stairs. I also asked for a different room and the guy who checked us in told me I have to pay another 5,000 php per night if I want an executive room the lack of understanding for a pregnant woman who has to go up and down on a very steep stairs clearly isn’t something they want you to know to get more money out from you.
The reception, guest service agents and security guards clearly don’t communicate well with one another.
When I called reception / guest service from our room asking for something I heard two girls in the background bad mouthing their guests and calling them entitled not sure if it’s for me or someone else but very unprofessional behaviour. All in all experience was not pleasant since the property isn’t a hotel it’s more of a love bug motel.

It's always a pleasure staying at this hotel. Make sure you read the package description carefully. The site says free self parking, but there is no parking available except with the rooms that comes with a parking garage. On the site its the upgraded room is p200 more. On site we paid p900. If you have your own auto get the garage at booking.
